  59. event any of the terms of this rental contract are violated,
  60. this clause shall be null and void, and the Lessee shall be
  61. liable to the Company for all damages to the vehicle.

  81. The vehicle desribed above shall not be operated by any other
  82. person than the Lessee who signed the rental agreement or his
  83. employer or by persons regularly employed by such Lessee in
  84. the usual course of his business or an adult member of his
  85. immediate family at least 21 years of age.

  88. removed and doors locked.
